We often don't understand or have control over them which creates turbulence and disturbance in our interpersonal relationships and those we love. Gaining skills to deal with our emotions is the key factor for survival. Managing our emotions requires an action plan.
Having a personal relationship with our creator and learning how to draw on the supernatural power that He has made available to us brings peace to the heart. Physical exercise is very important for balance in our lives. It's important because it helps us have energy for clear thinking and it produces serotonin and chemicals in the brain that give us the ability to make proper decisions, sleep well, and manage our behaviors. Eating right, resting well, and spending time disconnected from daily stress is a necessity for balance in our lives. Physical balance requires an action plan. Words without action will never lead us to reach the destination God intends for us.
